The Kitsap County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating a missing 21-year-old woman, Hannah Marie Davis. According to the Sheriff's social media post, Hannah was last seen on Saturday, January 17th, around 11:00 p.m. near Stirrup Ct NW in Bremerton.
Hannah is described as a dependent adult on the Autism spectrum with the mental capacity of a 10-year-old. The search for Hannah has been complicated by her association with Leroy Franklin Nickols, a 21-year-old man who, having communicated with her online, is believed to have lured Hannah from her home. While living transiently in Thurston and Lewis counties, Nickols is a registered sex offender with a conviction for Rape 2nd Degree, dated back to 2022.
Authorities have received information indicating that Nickols is aware of Hannah's dependence, yet has refused to disclose his whereabouts or ensure her safety to his family members. As per the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office, there is no current information on Nickols' vehicle that could assist in locating the pair.
The Kitsap County Sheriff's Office urges anyone with information about Hannah Marie Davis or Leroy Franklin Nickols to come forward. Coming into contact with Nickols, who has a history of sexual offending, the Sheriff's Office emphasizes the seriousness of the situation, indicating the potential danger to Hannah's welfare. If you have any knowledge about their whereabouts, calling 911 immediately is imperative.
