Temperatures are expected to remain cold into Monday, with a high near 39 degrees on Martin Luther King Jr. Day and increasing winds.

The National Weather Service reports a mix of rain and snow through the early morning hours, with higher elevations expected to receive 1 to 2 inches of snow, and higher peaks possibly seeing 3 inches or more.
