Littleton’s dining scene is getting a new jolt of flavor, with a full-service Indian restaurant set to land at Jefferson Marketplace. Nanu's Kitchen, tied to local restaurateur Bibek Rauniyar, is working its way through permits and construction, with the opening date still hinging on county review and tenant improvements.
Licensing and filings
Jefferson County's liquor-licensing docket shows an application from An Indian Eatery LLC, doing business as Nanu's Kitchen, for a new hotel/restaurant license at 8174 S. Kipling Pkwy, Unit 110. The entry appears on the county agenda with attached application materials. According to Jefferson County, the filing lists the formal applicant and location and functions as the standard public record for a new liquor-license request.
Where it will sit
Nanu's Kitchen is slated to take over roughly 3,293 square feet at 8174 S. Kipling Pkwy #B-110 inside Jefferson Marketplace, as reported by WhatNow. That reporting also notes the restaurant's hotel/restaurant liquor license was recorded as approved on December 8, 2025, and that Perkins&Will is handling design for the Littleton build-out. The center sits along the Kipling Parkway retail corridor, serving a broad suburban trade area.
Who’s behind Nanu's Kitchen
Filings list Bibek Rauniyar as the owner of the venture. Westword has profiled Rauniyar as a co-owner of Namaste India in Arvada, and reservation pages associate him with Curry Kitchen in Lakewood and Curry Kingdom in Wheat Ridge. Nanu's Kitchen would extend a growing network of neighborhood Indian spots he has been building across the metro area.
Jefferson Marketplace context
Jefferson Marketplace is a roughly 113,840-square-foot community center managed by Gerrity Properties, with tenants that include CorePower Yoga and O'Reilly Auto Parts. The center's tenant mix and traffic counts point to steady daily demand from nearby neighborhoods, a factor that could influence Nanu's Kitchen's menu decisions and operating hours. For now, the project remains in the build-out phase inside a suburban retail hub rather than as a downtown-style restaurant debut.
No firm opening date has been announced. Construction progress, permitting, and staffing will determine when Nanu's Kitchen officially begins service in Littleton.
