As reported by 8 News Now, the series of wins began on New Year’s Eve with one lucky player taking home a $13,440 jackpot from a Grand Buddha machine after betting just $.88. Another player converted a $5 stake into a $16,354.60 jackpot from a Phoenix Link machine.
The wins continued on New Year’s Day, with two more casino guests hitting jackpots. One won $12,026.39 on a $1.20 bet on a Wicked Wheel machine, while another turned a $25 bet into $20,000 on a Triple 7 Double Jackpot machine, for a total of $27,260, according to News 3 LV.
All four winners were members of Virgin Hotels’ Cherry Rewards program.
