During a routine check at a local Walmart, a man was taken into custody on the basis of an active felony warrant for theft, Precinct 4 officials reported.
The incident began with a suspicious person call at the Walmart at 26270 Northwest Freeway. Deputy Cunningham of Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded and discovered the adult male had an outstanding theft warrant. "He was taken into custody without incident," the Constable's Office reported.
