Just after 6:30 a.m. this morning, firefighters from the Modesto Fire Department and Stanislaus Consolidated Fire District responded to a mobile home fire at Lazy Wheels Mobile Home Park. Modesto Engine 15, responding from less than 0.75 miles away in downtown Ceres, arrived to find fire coming through the roof of a mobile home in a closed park, according to the Modesto Fire Department's Facebook post.
