Residents of Cudahy will see two new fees on their utility bills to cover the costs of streetlight and traffic signal maintenance, as well as urban forestry. The City of Cudahy says these fees will directly fund the staff, equipment, and supplies needed to maintain these services.
The amount of the fees depends on the type of property, with charges structured to reflect the general demand for each property class. This approach is intended to distribute costs proportionately among residents.
Residents paying by mail should use the envelope provided with their current Cudahy Water Bill or address payments to CITY OF CUDAHY – WATER, PO BOX 88507, MILWAUKEE, WI 53288-8507.
