Brunch & Bloom, a new daytime cafe on Atascocita Road, slipped onto the radar this December with a menu built around breakfast and lunch comfort plates. Owners Kwan and Kia Johnson are steering the Southern-leaning concept, where fluffy biscuits, French toast, fried green tomatoes, and shrimp and grits set the tone.
According to Community Impact, the Johnsons confirmed the December opening in a Dec. 23 message and said, “The menu features thoughtfully crafted breakfast and lunch favorites made with bold flavors and beautiful presentation.” The outlet lists menu items including fluffy biscuits, French toast, fried green tomatoes, and shrimp and grits, and also notes the business’s website was under construction at the time of reporting.

The cafe sits in a freshly finished build-out at 4902 Atascocita Road, Suite 102, in the Lago Forest/Atascocita strip, as reported by HKA Texas. That report pointed out the space is right next to Pop Drinks and was nearing completion in November, putting Brunch & Bloom within quick striking distance for both Atascocita and Kingwood residents looking for a daytime bite.
