Noble Joe Coffee Co., the bright yellow mobile café that first landed near Lady Bird Lake, is gearing up for a third mobile location this spring while ramping up service at its Riverside outpost. Co-owner Bryce Oldham says the team is targeting a March or April debut. The expansion follows the brand’s May 2025 launch of a second site in the St. Elmo area.

Riverside spot is getting a larger trolley

The Riverside stand is set to upgrade from its current tiny home setup into a roughly 30-foot, 1970s-style trolley that is about twice the size, Operations Lead Hannah Novak told Community Impact. The retro rig will include electrical upgrades to support a second espresso machine and a larger prep area, changes the team says should shorten lines and help serve more customers during busy morning rushes.

Owners set a spring timeline

“We’re hoping to launch in March or April,” co-owner Bryce Oldham told What Now. Oldham and partner Dane Kenney started Noble Joe in fall 2021 and have grown the concept from a restored 1947 milk truck into multiple mobile units over the last few years.

Menu and neighborhood partners

The Riverside café currently pours drip, cold brew, and espresso sourced from three Austin-based roasters, along with specialty lattes, chai, and matcha. Food options at that location include yogurt parfaits and tacos from a local partner, according to Community Impact. Those neighborhood collaborations have remained a consistent part of Noble Joe’s rollout as it expands its mobile footprint.

Where to watch for the rollout

The Riverside stand is listed at South Shore Eatery, 1620 E. Riverside Dr., on Noble Joe Coffee Co., which also posts hours and contact information. The site highlights Noble Joe’s mission to support entrepreneurs and give back through micro-financing and community charities, and the owners say they will share launch updates on Instagram at @noblejoecoffee.
