The address in the filing, 25661 Hwy. 59, sits in a busy Northpark retail strip already crowded with fast casual spots and national tenants. A LoopNet listing for the site notes it is part of a shopping center anchored by a Kroger Marketplace and marketed for its strong freeway visibility.
