Montgomery County Police have arrested 20-year-old Dean Steve Bodjona-Ali of Olney in connection with a robbery at a local Papa John’s on October 8, 2025. He faces charges of robbery and second-degree assault after an incident around 10:35 p.m. when he assaulted an employee, according to the Montgomery County Police Department.
Authorities reported that Bodjona-Ali initially tried to use a false identity to claim an order that wasn’t his. When the employee recognized the deception, he grabbed a pizza from the counter and struck the worker before leaving the store, as reported by the Montgomery County Police Department.
Bodjona-Ali was identified and arrested last Tuesday by the Montgomery County Police Department and transferred to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, where he remains in custody without bond. He faces charges of robbery, second-degree assault, and theft under $100, stemming from an incident in which an employee was injured during a dispute over a pizza.
