On Tuesday, December 30, a duo was apprehended following a theft at a Walmart store off the Northwest Freeway. Constable deputies arrived at the scene after receiving a report of theft from the retail giant’s loss prevention team. The pair, identified as Brandi Raven and Seleven Raven, were found in possession of $226.73 worth of stolen goods, which were promptly returned to Walmart.
Harris County law enforcement worked quickly to not only locate but also to take into custody the suspected shoplifters. In a statement obtained by the official Facebook page of Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reported, "Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft."
Following the arrest, Brandi Raven had her bond set at $1,000 while Seleven Raven's bond was a mere $100. Both bonds were issued out of County Court 13. The disparity in the bond amounts is not immediately clear from the information provided.
