The Austin-born chain is now dishing out its signature O.G. sandwich, crispy tenders, bone-in plates and a lineup of housemade sides and pies, extending a growing wave of Austin brands filling out Pflugerville's Rock Creek Plaza corridor.

The firm teamed up with BRS & Co. and former Texas Roadhouse chief operating officer Doug Thompson to expand Tumble 22 beyond its original five-unit footprint.
