The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating Djay Johnson, a 16-year-old reported missing from North Philadelphia. He was last seen around 7:30 a.m. last Friday, leaving his home on the 2500 block of West Oakdale Street.
Authorities have shared details to assist in locating Johnson. He is described as a Black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair, and a scar on his right upper lip. At the time he went missing, he was wearing his school uniform from Martin Luther King High School, including a navy blue shirt, khaki pants, black New Balance sneakers, a black New Balance jacket, and a grey hooded sweatshirt. For warmth, he had a black ski mask and a blue medical mask, and he was carrying a black backpack, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Philadelphia police are actively searching for Djay Johnson and following all leads to locate him and return him to his family. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Northwest Detective Division at 215-686-3353 or call 911 in an emergency.
