According to an official statement on the police department's news blotter, the 13-year-old was last spotted yesterday, around 10:20 a.m. on the 2200 block of East Cambria Street. Noting the child's features, Gonzalez is described as 4'10" in height and weighs approximately 87 lbs.
Tense with concern, the police provided a description of the young boy's last known attire as a black Nike hoodie, black pants, and sneakers - black and blue New Balances. Witnesses or anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Luis are encouraged by the police to come forward and contact the East Detectives Division.
