
The Philadelphia Police Department has turned to the community for assistance in the search for Ayanna Collins, a 17-year-old who vanished over a week ago. According to the Philadelphia Police Department news blotter, Collins was last seen on January 16, at around 11:30 a.m. on the 4500 block of N. Bouvier Street in Philadelphia's Nicetown area.
Standing five feet tall and weighing approximately 110 pounds, Collins is identified as a Black female and was reported missing by her mother from their residence. The report, however, did not include details concerning the clothing she might have been wearing at the time of her disappearance. The urgency of the situation is palpable, and with every passing moment, the police department and the family are becoming increasingly anxious to determine the whereabouts of the juvenile.
In an effort to gather any leads, authorities have issued a call to action for anyone who might have information regarding Collins's current location.
