Authorities are seeking information to locate a missing teenager, Barbara Cross. The Philadelphia Police Department stated in its news blotter that the 17-year-old was last seen on January 15 at her residence on the 1700 block of Butler Street in the 39th District.
Barbara Cross is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing around 110 pounds, with brown eyes and long black braids. When last seen, she was wearing a white jacket, black slacks, and silver-and-white shoes. Authorities are asking anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward as the investigation into her disappearance continues.
