The Philadelphia Police Department has issued a call for help to the public in locating a missing 13-year-old boy, Jasih (Sih) Richardson, who was last seen last Friday. According to the PPD official report, Jasih vanished after being at a relative's home on the 8xx block of North 41st Street around 8:25 PM. The teen, described as standing 4 feet tall and weighing about 100 pounds, with a very thin build, was wearing a blue sweatshirt featuring a Richard Allen logo, a white button-up shirt, blue pants, and black New Balance shoes when he went missing.
Local authorities, along with Jasih's family are urging anyone with information to come forward, as the days since his disappearance continue to mount. Jasih, known to hang out around the areas of 58th and Chancellor Streets, as well as 59th Street and Elmwood Avenue, near the PAL Center, might still be in these familiar neighborhoods. The precise circumstances of his disappearance have not been shared with the public.
Philadelphia Police say there is no indication of foul play at this time, but they stress the importance of finding Jasih. Anyone with information on Jasih Richardson’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Philadelphia Police Department tip line.
