The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating 13-year-old Daniel Brown, a missing juvenile from the Logan section. He was last seen on Wednesday around 7:00 a.m. at his home on the 5200 block of North Hutchinson Street, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
Daniel is described as a Black male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighing approximately 198 pounds. The Northwest Detective Division is leading the investigation and urges anyone with information to contact them or the city’s emergency services, as reported by the Philadelphia Police Department.
