One of the victims, identified by family as Luis Colon, was in his mid-50s and remembered for his generosity and accommodating spirit.

Two victims were taken by a private vehicle to Temple University Hospital, where one man succumbed to his injuries. "We heard what initially sounded like fireworks, and then realized it was gunshots, and we heard a bunch of screaming to get help, somebody call 911," said Amy Smith, a resident, to 6ABC.

I mean, he helps all the neighbors out," said Paul Cwikla in an interview with FOX29.
