Sprouts Soccer is rolling out a preschool program that promises to kickstart your little ones' love for the beautiful game. Set to take place at Peach Road Park, this initiative is aimed at budding soccer stars aged 3 to 4. It's not just about scoring goals; the sessions are designed to enhance basic soccer skills, boost coordination and, most importantly, build confidence in a fun-filled environment.
Now, if you're thinking of enlisting your mini Messi or pint-sized Rapinoe, here's the game plan: sessions are once weekly over a month-span, either from April 1 to April 22 or from May 6 to May 27, according to the program schedule announced on the City of Raleigh website. Each session will run from 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m., and participants should come prepared with water and proper footwear – sneakers are the order of the day.
It’s $41 if you're a Raleigh resident and $56 for non-residents. And do remember, like any all-star team, space is limited, so you'll want to be first off the bench to register your kiddo. All the sign-up action happens over on RecLink.
