Raleigh parents can now register their children for spring sports, as the City of Raleigh Athletics Department has opened sign-ups for youth softball, baseball, flag football, and cheerleading for ages 5 to 17. According to the City of Raleigh, registration is open from February 1 to 14 and can be completed online or at local community centers offering these programs.
Millbrook Exchange Park and Community Center will host a Spring Signing Day on February 7 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., organized by Raleigh Athletics. The event will feature activities for softball, baseball, and flag football, along with family games, music, and food trucks.
Families are encouraged to attend the event to learn more about programs and help secure a spot on a team before registration closes on February 14. Registration fees are $65 for Raleigh residents and $80 for non-residents.
