The Reynoldsburg Division of Police celebrated new beginnings and a notable advancement within its ranks this week. In a social media announcement by the Reynoldsburg Division of Police welcomed three new officers into the fold and honored one of their established guardians with a well-deserved promotion.
Sergeant Connors, a familiar face in the division since 2016 and a proud alumna of Reynoldsburg High School, has just climbed another rung on the ladder of law enforcement dedication. With over two decades of experience under her duty belt, Connors was recognized for her leadership in creating and continually leading the RAD women's self-defense classes – a community outreach program that has found favor with citizens several times a year. Her service, marked by unwavering commitment, has now been appropriately rewarded with a promotion to sergeant.
The announcement also brought to light new horizons for three law enforcement professionals. Officer Pate, bearing the fruits of nine years in law enforcement, stepped into the day with the start of field training, as per the Reynoldsburg Division of Police social media post. The division's ranks were further bolstered by Bradley Nichols and Stoney Hughes, both of whom were sworn in and, with badges still gleaming with the sheen of fresh starts, will be immersing themselves in the academy's rigors come next week.
