Earlier, police had asked for help finding Kwasi Watson, a 35-year-old at-risk missing person. He was considered at risk due to a mental disability and has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old, as reported by the Sacramento Police Department's Facebook post.
Kwasi is 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighs 227 pounds, and has black hair and black eyes. He was last seen around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, leaving the 4700 block of E. Commerce Way wearing a tan coat, maroon sweatpants, and blue and white Nike shoes.
