
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office is hosting a series of community meetings this February to connect with residents and discuss local concerns. The gatherings will take place at venues such as churches, bowling alleys, and community centers, starting at Family Community Church in North Highlands on February 12 at 6 p.m., as reported by the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.
Additional meetings are planned at Divine Savior Catholic Church, Country Club Lanes, and the Sheriff's Community Room on Orange Grove Ave. The North Division will lead these events to encourage dialogue and strengthen ties between law enforcement and the community, as stated by the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office on their Facebook page, community meetings will be held at 6 p.m. on February 17 at Divine Savior Catholic Church in Orangevale, February 18 at Country Club Lanes in Sacramento, February 25 in the Sheriff’s Community Room in Sacramento, and February 26 at the American Legion Hall in Rio Linda. The meetings will cover local policing and public safety topics.
