The Sacramento Police Department is asking the public for help in locating 35-year-old Kwasi Watson, who has the mental capacity of a 10-year-old and is considered at risk. He was last seen around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday near the 4700 block of E. Commerce Way, wearing a tan coat, maroon sweats, and blue/white Nike shoes, as reported by the Sacramento Police Department.
Kwasi is described as 6'1" tall, weighing 227 pounds, with black hair and black eyes. The Sacramento Police Department is asking the community to provide any information that could help locate him.
According to the Sacramento Police Department on their Facebook page, anyone with information or sightings of Kwasi Watson, who has special needs, should contact them immediately. Kwasi may have difficulty navigating on his own. Authorities are sharing his missing-person flyer to help locate him quickly.
