Rain was likely to continue into the night, particularly before 11 p.m., with temperatures near 49 degrees and south-southeast winds around 9 mph. On Friday, the chance of rain was forecast to decrease to 30 percent after the afternoon, while winds and temperatures were expected to remain similar and skies mostly cloudy. Friday night, rain chances were projected to increase to 90 percent, with precipitation mainly developing after 10 p.m. and overnight lows near 54 degrees.
Looking ahead, wet conditions are forecast to continue into the weekend, with rain likely to shift to showers and a chance of thunderstorms by Saturday afternoon. High temperatures are projected to remain in the mid-50s, with south-southeast winds continuing and gusts possibly reaching up to 25 mph. Saturday night and Sunday are expected to bring additional showers, thunderstorms, and periods of steady rain.
Rainy conditions are forecast to continue into early next week, with rain and cloudy skies expected on Monday and Monday night. On Tuesday and Wednesday, forecasts indicate a chance of rain rather than widespread precipitation, though clouds and unsettled weather are still forecasted.
