The halls of civic engagement will soon be awash in a crimson glow, as San Antonio's City Hall dons a ruby luster, not for decoration but for deliberation and a cause that runs through each citizen's veins. The illumination is part of a campaign to spotlight National Blood Donor Month, an initiative led by District 8 Councilmember Ivalis Meza Gonzalez, according to details provided in a news release on the City of San Antonio official website.
