
A fugitive with outstanding felony narcotics warrants was arrested after Bexar County Sheriff’s Office deputies located her at a suspected dispensary in the 1000 block of West Avenue. The suspect, Ruby Delarosa, had three active warrants and was taken into custody after deputies observed her driving to the location, as per KSAT.
After gaining access and securing a search warrant, deputies found large quantities of illegal drugs and weapons inside the business. Seized items included about 27,216 grams of marijuana (60 pounds), 720 grams of cocaine, 90.8 grams of methamphetamine, 30 grams of psilocybin, THC edibles and vape cartridges, and two handguns.
Fox San Antonio reported that Delarosa was involved in transactions at the “dispensary” before deputies arrived. Authorities said they recovered 50,850 grams of THC edibles, 1,514 grams of THC vape cartridges, and $2,420 in cash. Delarosa faces charges including manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance over 400 grams and possession of marijuana between 50 and 2,000 pounds, and the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office investigation is ongoing.
