According to a social media post from the Santa Rosa Police Department, Blair was last seen in the vicinity of Yulupa and Mayette Avenues at approximately 1 PM. Known for his habitual walks, Blair's absence has raised concerns among his family, particularly given his medical conditions.
The call for assistance comes with a description of Evans. A 55-year-old white male, Blair is thin-built, with short brown hair and hazel eyes. When he went missing, he was wearing a turquoise fleece jacket, blue jeans, and a black backpack. The police department described him as someone who enjoys walking.
