St. Augustine's nighttime drivers are advised to prepare for a series of detours affecting I-95 exit ramps starting today. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Northeast Florida has announced that these detours are being put in place to enable testing for new wrong-way detection systems. If you're planning any late-night travel next week, it's time to map out some alternate routes, as these closures are set to take place between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., provided the weather and other potential disruptions play nice.
