On November 25, 2025, at approximately 3 p.m., officers were conducting a follow-up investigation near Lido Cir and Venetian Dr when they discovered a 31-year-old female victim with an apparent stab wound. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene, according to the Stockton Police Department's Facebook post.
Homicide detectives were notified and responded to assume control of the investigation. They have continued to conduct follow-up investigative work since the homicide occurred, as reported by the Stockton Police Department.
On Wednesday, detectives arrested 35-year-old Parmjeet Singh in connection with the case. Singh was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail for homicide.
