The Stockton Police Department is asking the community for help identifying a suspect involved in illegal dumping last Saturday around 9 p.m. near Shimizu Drive and Ryde Avenue. As part of their "Who's That Wednesday" initiative, Stockton PD shared surveillance images and issued Case #26-490 to seek tips from the public, as reported by the Stockton Police Department.
Stockton Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that helps the investigation, as stated by the Stockton Police Department. The suspect, seen with a vehicle, dumped items and quickly left the scene, leaving behind debris and questions about their actions.
According to the Stockton Police Department on their Facebook page, Stockton Crime Stoppers allows residents to report tips anonymously by "TALK" at 946-0600, "TYPE" at StocktonCrimeStoppers.org, or "DOWNLOAD" the P3 Tips app. Tips from the community help police identify people or vehicles involved in illegal activities that harm the environment and use city resources.
