The rainy conditions are likely to persist into the night. "Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 10pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 10pm," reports the forecast. Temperatures will dip to a low around 53 degrees, with south southeast winds continuing at 5 to 10 mph before becoming light and variable after midnight. The chance of precipitation remains at 80%, with added rainfall amounts potentially reaching a quarter to half an inch.
As we move into Monday, the city can expect partly sunny skies with a high near 61 degrees. Winds will shift slightly, with an east southeast breeze around 5 mph becoming south in the afternoon. Monday night carries a slight chance of rain, with 20 percent possibility of showers after 10pm and a low around 50 degrees.
Continuing through the week, Tuesday maintains a 20 percent chance of showers amidst partly sunny conditions and a high nearing 63 degrees. Calm south southeast winds of around 5 mph are on the docket. Nighttime brings partly cloudy skies with temperatures hovering around 48. The remainder of the week looks promising, with the weather expected to clear up from Wednesday onward. Los Angeles should enjoy sunny days and mostly clear nights, with daily highs gradually increasing from 64 to a balmy 68 degrees by Saturday.
