Eiko's original First Street restaurant at 1300 First Street, Suite 385, will remain open and will serve as the center of operations going forward, according to the restaurant's website. The downtown location currently lists hours, contact information and ordering options on its site, and the owners say they plan to expand the shop's seafood offerings as part of the consolidation. Local Context: Churn On First Street And At The Market

The shift comes on the heels of other changes in the neighborhood. Business listings now mark Napa Noodles as permanently closed after the group shut that concept in June 2025. MapQuest and other directories list Napa Noodles as closed. The Oxbow Public Market, which describes itself as a 40,000-square-foot hub for artisan vendors, has been adjusting its tenant mix in recent years, according to the market's own materials.

Hallum and Zaslove say the Eiko's brand remains committed to quality and responsible sourcing as it consolidates its core operations, and they thanked customers for more than a decade of patronage at Oxbow. The stall's last day is on Sunday, and customers looking for Eiko's sushi or the new seafood offering are directed to consult Eiko's for the latest hours and menu changes.
