Harris County authorities arrested a wanted suspect after a fight on the North Freeway. On Sunday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a fight involving several people in the 16100 block of the North Freeway, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Deputies responded to a disturbance and identified Davion Legaux, who had an outstanding warrant for Failure to Stop and Give Information. During the incident, a firearm was discovered, leading to additional charges. "Davion Legaux was arrested, transported to the Harris County Jail, and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon, Aggravated Assault, and the warrant. He is awaiting bond out of the 183rd District Court," as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
