Authorities in Harris County removed a suspected impaired driver from the road earlier this month. Last Friday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office stopped Aniyah Como along a busy section of the 23800 block of Tomball Parkway. Showing signs of possible impairment, Como was subjected to several Standardized Field Sobriety Tests at the scene.
Tests confirmed that Como was intoxicated, with a blood-alcohol content of 0.141, above the legal limit. An official release contained an error regarding her bond, listing it as $100 while operating a moving vehicle, without clarifying that she was no longer driving at the time.
Aniyah Como was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). The precinct shared the arrest on a social media post to inform the community and reinforce efforts to discourage impaired driving on local roads.
