“Hugo Alberto was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated” after Standardized Field Sobriety Tests showed impairment, and his blood alcohol content was 0.182, well over the legal limit of 0.08. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 5, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
