According to TMJ4, officers were called around 10:06 a.m. after someone reported an object near the Target cart corral on the north end of the complex. That end of the shopping center was cleared while the Milwaukee Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit and other specialized teams checked out the item and removed it, with Kohler police shutting down the parking lot during the operation.
