Owner Sianni Dean says the new shop is meant to catch up with demand after frequent sellouts at her Pflugerville counter, expanding a brand that started as a pandemic catering operation and built a loyal crowd around its inventive cinnamon-roll flavors.
The Cedar Park location will sit at 10900 Lakeline Mall Drive, Suite 300, and the business has rolled out a "Founding Members" fundraising drive that runs through March 8, with donation tiers from $25 to $1,000 that include merch and perks, according to My San Antonio. The new storefront is laid out as a to-go-only spot designed for faster pickup, with digital menu screens and a streamlined front counter. The sign-up push is pitched as a way for fans to help fund renovations and lock in early perks before opening day.
Dean, 26, told My San Antonio she picked up the keys to the Cedar Park space in October 2025 and that the larger kitchen will let the team zero in on product and training. "We're going to be able to be a lot more customer focused and product focused with this location," she said, framing the expansion as a way to cut down on sellout days. The Cedar Park opening will bring Cranky Granny's to two Central Texas locations, after the business first launched at the Domain and later relocated to Pflugerville in 2023.
