D.C. residents are advised to dress warmly, including wearing hats and gloves, and to check on neighbors who may be vulnerable. The Hazardous Weather Outlook covers the Tidal Potomac River and the Maryland portion of the Chesapeake Bay due to cold conditions. No spotter activations are expected at this time, and individuals in the area are advised to take appropriate precautions.
