Downtown Zebulon concluded its 7th Annual Holiday Decorating Contest. Mayor Jessica Harrison, along with members of the Zebulon Downtown Arts Council (ZDAC), toured the decorated storefronts to select the Mayor's Choice Award winner.
Local businesses transformed downtown Zebulon into a winter wonderland with lights and decorations for the contest. The town shared a video of the event on its Facebook page, inviting the public to view the displays and follow along for the announcement of the Mayor's Choice Award winner.
Each participating storefront showcased its own holiday decorations. The Town of Zebulon thanked participating businesses, saying, "Thank you to all of our local businesses who participated and helped make this annual tradition so special." Mayor Harrison and the Zebulon Downtown Arts Council emphasized the role of local government and arts organizations in supporting community-driven events.
