Last Saturday, January 10, precinct deputies responded to an accident on Spring Stuebner Road, arresting Zemindar Drepaul for his second charge of driving while intoxicated, as stated in a recent report by Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Finding the solo vehicle accident's scene, deputies discovered Drepaul, who, showing clear signs of being under the influence, undertook a series of sobriety tests, which confirmed his intoxication. According to the Constable's Facebook post, Drepaul's record already bore the mark of a previous conviction for the same offense.
"Zemindar Drepual was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 6," read the statement obtained from Harris County Constable Precinct 4. This marked another notch in the ongoing efforts to curb driving under the influence in the area.
