Last Saturday, January 10, precinct deputies responded to an accident on Spring Stuebner Road, arresting Zemindar Drepaul for his second charge of driving while intoxicated, as stated in a recent report by Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Finding the solo vehicle accident's scene, deputies discovered Drepaul, who, showing clear signs of being under the influence, undertook a series of sobriety tests, which confirmed his intoxication. According to the Constable's Facebook post, Drepaul's record already bore the mark of a previous conviction for the same offense.
"Zemindar Drepual was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 6," read the statement obtained from Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
