Owners marked the debut with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Jan. 28 alongside the Leander Chamber of Commerce, christening what is now the brand's second Austin-area outpost after its Arboretum location in north Austin.
What to Expect at Estância Leander
The new Leander dining room sticks closely to the traditional churrascaria script. Gauchos work the floor with skewers of premium beef, lamb, pork, and chicken, carving portions directly onto diners' plates. According to Estância's website, the meats are paired with "fresh gourmet sides, an elevated salad bar, handcrafted cocktails and a thoughtfully curated wine list." The Leander location also highlights group-dining packages and lists reservations through its online booking platform.

Community Impact reported that Estância's owners cut the ribbon on Jan. 28 in partnership with the Leander Chamber of Commerce and noted that the restaurant opened in January 2026.
