First Watch quietly flipped on the lights at its new Creekside Park West outpost on Feb. 9, serving the chain’s daytime-only breakfast and lunch lineup, from Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast to the hefty Chickichanga.
General manager Estefan Hidalgo confirmed the Creekside Park West opening, backing up coverage from the Community Impact website, which reported the Feb. 9 start of service and highlighted several signature menu items regulars will recognize.

The new First Watch Creekside Park location sits at 26435 Kuykendahl Road, Suite 900, in Creekside Park West. The brand’s location page lists daily hours from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for dine-in, pickup, and delivery. Guests can hop on the online waitlist or place orders in advance through First Watch’s location page.
Space, seating and opening perks
The restaurant covers roughly 4,472 square feet and, according to a press release from the franchisee, offers seating for about 164 guests inside, plus covered patio space for approximately 50 more, with a projected staff of around 50 people. The announcement noted that diners who stop in during opening week get free coffee with their meal, and early visitors were slated to receive a reusable travel mug. “Opening in Creekside Park is especially meaningful to us,” Mac Haik COO Dan Anfinson said in the statement shared via Newswire.

First Watch blends lighter, health-minded picks such as fresh-pressed juices and Quinoa Power Bowls with richer brunch staples, giving Creekside Park West a broader slate of daytime dining choices for families and workers in the area.
