Bradenton just scored another spot for fast burrito fixes. Chipotle has opened a new restaurant on Manatee Avenue, bringing a Chipotlane drive-thru and roughly 30 local jobs to a stretch of road that already sees its fair share of lunch traffic.
According to WTSP, the restaurant at 6016 Manatee Ave. W began serving customers on Monday and is keeping daily hours from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. A commercial listing for the property notes that the site includes a Chipotlane pickup lane, confirming the drive-thru setup for drivers who prefer to stay in the car.
What’s on the menu
The Bradenton debut is arriving right as Chipotle leans into new and returning national offerings. The chain has brought back Chicken al Pastor for a limited run beginning Feb. 10 and has been spotlighting a High Protein Menu, with items ranging from about 15 to 81 grams of protein. Those rollouts and pricing details, including a single chicken taco that starts at $3.50, are laid out in Chipotle’s newsroom.
Chipotlane growth in Manatee County
The Manatee Avenue opening follows another recent drive-thru arrival in the area. A Chipotle with a pickup lane on Cortez Road opened last year, part of the brand’s ongoing push to add Chipotlanes to more of its stores. Local coverage of that Cortez Road location can be found via Suncoast Post.
Jobs and how to apply
The new Manatee Avenue restaurant is expected to create roughly 30 positions, ranging from crew roles to kitchen leadership, as staffing ramps up for full operations, according to WTSP. Current openings tied to the 6016 Manatee Ave. W address are listed on Chipotle’s jobs site, where applicants can submit applications online.
For customers, the new spot brings more app ordering, drive-up pickup and late-evening service to Bradenton. As the restaurant settles into a routine, look for menu updates and hiring notices to continue appearing on Chipotle’s newsroom and careers pages.
