As the wintry mix that hit Cary, North Carolina, begins to thaw, town officials have announced a return to normal operations. Residents can expect Town Hall and other staffed facilities to reopen today, signaling that the worst of the weather has passed and that community functions are set to resume, according to the Town of Cary social media update.
The Citizen’s Convenience Center will reopen at 8 a.m., while garbage collection will resume on a one-day delay, with curbside pickup pushed back to accommodate storm-related conditions. The Town of Cary shared a message online thanking the “A+ Team” for their efforts in maintaining town operations during the freezing weather. Officials noted the role of staff in supporting the return to normal services.
