Hungry travelers hustling through Boston Logan's Terminal B will have two fresh reasons to linger starting next spring: CAVA, the fast-casual Mediterranean chain known for build-your-own bowls, and a revamped Berkshire Farm to Flight market upstairs on the terminal's second floor. The pair is pitched as a fresher, more locally focused upgrade for one of the airport's busiest concourses.
Paradies Lagardère Confirms Spring 2026 Rollouts
Both concepts are set to debut in spring 2026, according to a Jan. 22 press release from Paradies Lagardère. "This lineup showcases some of the most exciting culinary partners in the country," Leigh Allan, senior vice president of dining operations, said in the announcement.
The company framed the moves as part of an ongoing effort to pair national brands with local partners in order to elevate airport dining, per the same Paradies Lagardère release.
CAVA Will Take Over the Former Pei Wei Spot
CAVA is slated to move into the former Pei Wei space in Terminal B, bringing grain bowls, salads and pitas to the post-security concourse. The chain, founded in 2010 and now operating more than 400 locations nationwide, has become a mainstay in the fast-casual world, according to Nation's Restaurant News.
Boston.com reported that CAVA will specifically replace the Pei Wei unit inside Terminal B, giving flyers a quick Mediterranean option in a part of the airport where every minute before boarding tends to count.
Berkshire Farm to Flight Refreshes a Local Grab-and-Go
Berkshire Farm to Flight will step in as a rebranded and refurbished version of the existing Berkshire Farms Market outpost near Gate B21. The refreshed market will lean into locally sourced snacks, ready-to-eat meals and craft beverages, keeping its regional focus while updating the look and feel.
David Bisset, Paradies Lagardère's executive vice president and chief development officer, described the project as a "brand refresh" that modernizes the layout without losing the local angle, as reported by What Now. Paradies has pegged the openings for spring 2026 but has not yet provided specific launch dates.
What It Means for Travelers
For flyers, the changes translate to more health-forward and regionally minded choices in Terminal B, building on other recent additions to Logan's dining lineup such as a Chick-fil-A in Terminal A. Paradies Lagardère says the moves are part of a broader strategy to bring elevated, guest-favorite dining options to airports, per its Paradies Lagardère press release.
Travelers should keep an eye out for official announcements on exact opening dates as spring 2026 approaches.
