Chief Graham, serving for eight years at the helm of the emergency management program, has now been appointed Deputy Fire Chief of the Charlotte Fire Department and also taking on the role of Director of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Emergency Management. His leadership has guided the department through graded nuclear exercises, various incidents, and high-profile public events.
