LPM Restaurant & Bar at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is set to wrap up service at the end of March, with the property saying the space will be vacant on March 31, 2026. The Mediterranean-inspired restaurant opened in November 2023, making its tenure on the Strip a relatively brief one.
Cosmopolitan Confirms LPM Exit
In a statement to the Las Vegas Review‑Journal, a representative for the resort confirmed that LPM will be vacant as of March 31 and that there are no immediate plans for what comes next in the space. Jessica Somple, the Cosmopolitan's vice president of food and beverage, thanked the team, saying, "we are grateful to the staff at lpm for delivering first-class hospitality and cuisine to our guests night after night." The statement did not give any further timing details beyond the March 31 vacancy date.
Short Run On The Strip
LPM, part of the La Petite Maison family, debuted at the Cosmopolitan in November 2023 with a menu of shareable French Riviera style dishes and a terrace overlooking the Strip, as first reported by Eater Las Vegas. The Las Vegas outpost focused on a mix of Southern French flavors and cocktails served in a setting that leaned more intimate than loud.
LPM Restaurants currently lists menus and service times for the Las Vegas location, which will continue operating through the end of March.
What Comes Next For The Space
LPM's departure opens up a prominent Strip facing dining space for a future concept, but the Cosmopolitan has not offered any hints or a timeline for a replacement. Hotels along Las Vegas Boulevard routinely rotate restaurant partners, and a footprint this visible is likely to draw attention from both national brands and local chefs.
Through the final week of service, reservations and updated hours are available via LPM Restaurants. In its comments to the Review‑Journal, the resort expressed appreciation for LPM's staff while stopping short of outlining any specific plan for how the space will be used after March 31.
